All services are subject to availability based on location, time, and vehicle type.
2. Booking & Response Time
- Response time may vary depending on traffic, weather, distance, and availability.
- Estimated arrival times given during booking are approximations only.
- Service charges may differ for emergency or late-night calls.
3. Service Charges
- Prices are based on distance, vehicle type, and service type.
- Extra charges may apply for:
- Long-distance towing
- Night-time services
- Heavy-duty towing
- Waiting time
- Additional manpower or equipment
- All payments must be made before or immediately after service completion.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide correct pickup and drop location details.
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible for towing.
- Remove all personal belongings before towing.
- Share accurate vehicle type and issue for proper arrangements.
The company is not responsible for loss of any personal items left inside the vehicle.
5. Vehicle Condition

6. Liability & Limitations

- Towing is done strictly at the customer’s request and consent.
7. Cancellations

- No refunds once the service has been completed.

- Standing near the towing area during operation is strictly prohibited.
9. Disputes & Complaints
Any complaint must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
